Chicken soup with carrots, parsnip, celery, chicken thighs

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Soup with noodles NB

4 cups diced chicken thighs
2 cup diced carrots
2 cup chopped celery
32 oz chicken broth
15 oz chicken broth
1.5 cup+slices parsnip
2 cups water
1 chicken boullion cube
80 grams medium egg noodles
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons of dill
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Soup with noodles NB

add chicken thighs to 60 ounces of liquid comprised of chicken broth and water. Add a chicken boullion cube. Let the chicken cook half hour on low. During this time, chop up carrots, parsnip and celery and onion. Add to the chicken and liquid. Let cook for another hour on low to medium heat. Occasionally stir. Cook until the chicken falls off the bone easily. Skim the fat off the top. Also add dill. Salt and Pepper to taste.
