Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Salad

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Canola Real Mayonnaise
0.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Salad

Use leftover boiled chicken breast from chicken soup. Dice the chicken. Mix with mayo. Add chopped celery and carrots. If too dry, add chicken broth to thin the mayo.
