Healthy version of chicken pot pie

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

1 pound chicken breast
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen carrots
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
14 ounces chicken broth
1 pillsbury pie crust

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

cut chicken into bite size pieces . Add flour salt, pepper, chicken, carrots, and peas to a ziplock bag. Shake to coat. Place in microwave bowl and cover with chicken broth. Cook on high for 20 minutes. Coat casserole dish with non stick spray and pour in chicken mixture. Cover with pie crust--poke holes in crust to vent. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
