Recipe Ingredients for Homemade chicken pot pie

864 grams pie crusts
10 cups mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
342 grams whole chicken

Recipe Directions for Homemade chicken pot pie

  1. boil whole rotisserie chicken, removing skin and bones after boiled.

  2. bake one ready to use pie shell in a pie pan.

  3. Mix 2 cans cream of chicken, 4 cans of mixed vegetables, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup together with chicken.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion seasoning.

  5. add mixture to baked pie shell and top with remaining pie shell.

  6. bake for 20 minutes at 350, and then an additional 15 minutes at 450.
