Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Nuggets

0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole
16 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Nuggets

  1. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a large resealable plastic bag.

  2. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.

  3. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.

  4. Dip chicken into egg, then place in bag and shake to coat.

  5. Bake in a 10 x 15 inch baking pan (coated with cooking spray or oil) at 400F for 12-15 minutes, or until no longer pink inside, turning once.
