Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

1 gallon water
1 lbs. chicken legs
1 lbs. chicken thighs
12 oz. tomato paste
1 medium onion
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
1 lb. egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Boil chicken, onion, salt, and pepper for one hour over medium high heat. Add rest of ingredients, except noodles, boil one more hour. Boil noodles and drain. Separate chicken from bone. Mix all ingredients.
