A soup I made to help get over my stomach bug

Recipe Ingredients for homemade chicken noodle soup

1 chicken breast
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 onion
1 cup Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
1 T ginger
1 clove garlic
4 cups low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for homemade chicken noodle soup

  1. cube chicken.

  2. in a large saucepan fry the chicken until brown. Add the onion and stir until softened. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for about a minute.

  3. Throw in the carrots and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a while. Add the noodles close to the end. The soup is ready when the noodles are.
