Quick and easy homemade chicken noodle soup

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

18 cup Organic Chicken Cooking Stock
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 medium stalks Celery
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1.75 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. spray 2 chicken breasts w/ olive oil, sprinkle w/ salt and pepper lightly. Roast in oven @350 for 30 minutes.

  2. Boil 2 1/2 quarts chicken stock in pot. Add 1 bag of thick Amish noodles to boiling stock (break noodles in bag first). Add chopped carrots. Let cook. When both are almost done, add celery to cook for the last few minutes. When chicken is done, let cool & shred, add to pot. Add frozen peas last, stir & serve. Soup is always better the 2nd day after it thickens!
