Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

3 chicken breast, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cups egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat

  2. add chicken and cook until browned

  3. add both broths, veggies & S/P

  4. Cook 30 minutes or until veggies are tender

  5. Increase heat and bring soup to a rapid boil

  6. Add noodles and cook according to package directions

  7. Serve
