A Chinese style curry, not too spicy but with a lovely flavour.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Curry

500 g chicken breast
2 onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato puree
100 g mushrooms, diced
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 pints chicken stock
1 tbsp vinegar
150 g Yoghurt
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Curry

Fry Chicken, onions and garlic until chicken is tender. Next add tomato puree and mix well. Mix all spices with plain flour in a cup then add to chicken and cook for a couple of minutes until all the chicken is coated. Then begin to add the chicken stock on a low heat. The sauce will begin to thicken. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes or so. Add yoghurt just before serving.
