I really want to find a better way to make burgers without breadcrumbs or eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chicken Burgers

4 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Italiano
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chicken Burgers

Combine all ingredients (grate the ginger, garlic and red pepper as well as other seasonings), form into a patty and then freeze for 10 minutes so that it's easy to work with... Chicken tends to be really soft so once the patty is formed, rub a little olive oil on front and back. Depending on how lean the ground meat is, you may need a bit extra. The patty should be at least 1 inch thick so it won't cruimble. Freeze for 10 minutes so it keeps it shape. Grill on BBQ, and that's it. The olive oil also prevents having the patty stick to grill, but I still use a shot of non stick spray.
