2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 medium Carrots
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
5 large Mushrooms
2.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.75 Pack Bean Sprouts
2 cup Peas Chick
1.5 serving general tao stir-fry sauce
1.25 serving Buckwheat Soba Noodles

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chick Pea Stir-fry

Heat oil, add onion and carrot to soften. Add chick peas, continue heating. Add mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, and sauce to heat. Stir in bean sprouts.
