This is a recipe with Kellogg's Low-Fat Granola w/ Raisins cereal.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup firmly packed Splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup Splenda sugar blend for baking
1/3 cup ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
90 g (1/4 c)Egg Substitute (egg white)
1 1/2 cups Low-Fat Granola w/ Raisins

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

  1. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  2. In large mixing bowl, beat together sugars, margarine and egg whites until well blended. Stir in flour mixture only until combined. Stir in Kellogg's Low-Fat Granola cereal.

  3. Spread evenly into 9x9x2 inch baking pan coated with non-fat cooking spray.

  4. Bake at 350' for approximately 28-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

  5. Let cool completely before cutting.
