1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup baby spinach
58 grams artichoke hearts, canned, drained
1/4 avocado
40 grams baby carrots, sliced
66 grams cherry tomatoes, quartered
28 grams red cabbage, shredded
2 oz turkey
1 oz low fat cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade Chef Salad

Chop romaine hearts, mix with spinach and wash in salad spinner. Chop baby carrots, tomatoes, artichoke hearts. Mix together and top with turkey and cheese.
