No meat, no extra veggies, just cheese! I bake this in a smaller pan and typically triple the recipe, freezing the other two for later.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Cheese Lasagne

3 oz lasagne noodles
2 oz tomato paste
2 oz red wine
2 oz water
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp sugar
3 oz part-skim ricotta
3 oz part-skim mozzarella
1 oz romano cheese
1/3 egg

Recipe Directions for Homemade Cheese Lasagne

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions

  2. Combine paste, wine, water, 1/2 oregano, basil, and sugar and simmer until alcohol dissolves.

  3. Combine ricotta, 1/2 oregano, and 1/2 romano cheese with egg.

  4. Layer in pan: sauce, noodle, ricotta mixture, mozzarella until you hit the top.

  5. Bake in a hot oven for some time or microwave on 70% power.
