uses 1 c. whey protein powder (two scoops is estimate for calculating carbs) plus 1/4 c. erythritol and 2 packets splenda

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Cereal

1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. no calorie splenda
3/4 tsp molasses
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. flax seed meal
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 c. almond meal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Homemade Cereal

  1. mix wet

  2. mix dry

  3. combine

  4. bake at 375 degrees until done, either flat in a pan like a cake or scooped out like cookies
