Recipe Ingredients for homemade buttermilk pancakes

4 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
4.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
4 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Butter
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for homemade buttermilk pancakes

  1. sift dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl (melt the butter and put it with wet ingredients).

  3. add wet to dry in large bowl and mix until a thick, lumpy batter forms.

  4. cook about 2 minutes per side
