Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Butter Chicken

1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon cream
5 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tomatoe
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Butter Chicken

  1. Heat pan and fry chicken for 10 minutes in 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  2. Remove chicken and keep aside.

  3. At the same time, use another pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the tomatoe with salt and pepper. This will turn into tomatoe paste.

  4. In remaining oil from the chicken, add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil, fry chopped onions till golden, add garlic, ginger and fry sprinkling with water now and then till oil seperates.

  5. Add chilli powder, tomato paste and cook 5-10 minutes.

  6. Pass it in the blender for 1 minute.

  7. Put the mixture back into the pan. Add butter, cream and chicken. Mix well and cook until done.

  8. Serve hot.
