The Italian sausage added SO much flavour, and because it was a mild sausage, it was not all that spicy. Give it a try!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade burgers

1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Homemade burgers

  1. Take all ingredients and mix together!

  2. Form patties

  3. Heat oil in skillet, toss burger in skillet until cooked
