Personal homemade burgers. Oatmeal is a filler and turns 1lb meat into several burgers. I use my George Forman grill, not a real one.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Burgers

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.33 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs, Italian Style
0.17 cup Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese
1 bun 100% Whole Grain Wheat Buns

Recipe Directions for Homemade Burgers

  1. mix meat, egg, seasoning, and oatmeal in a bowl.

  2. Separate into equal parts.

  3. Roll into ball, and then flatten.

  4. Grill
