A choice of burger with a different taste. It is best when served with plain rice and fresh garden salad with a nice glass of table wine. Can be served as commercial ones adding a slice of cheese, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Burger (Koefte)

600 g Veal
1 egg
400 g onion
10 g garlic
50 g whole grain flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp mixed spices for beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Homemade Burger (Koefte)

  1. In a bowl: put grind onions, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, spices, one whole egg, oliveoil, minced meat, flour. Knead properly all the mixture for 5-6 minutes. Keep a side for half an hour.

  2. Wet hands before preparing the burgers.

  3. You can grill either in oven or BBQ.

  4. Bonne appetito!

  5. PS: 100 g full fat cheese can be added too. Then use 1 tbsp of olive oil.
