1 pound chicken breast
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Homemade Buffalo Chicken Fingers

  1. Cut chicken breasts into pieces

  2. Dip in egg+milk mixture

  3. Coat with bread crumbs

  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400

  5. Prepare sauce (hot or bbq) and pour over chicken ringers in a skillet to marinade

  6. Serve as appetizer
