"Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies" from allrecioes.com. I swapped the 3 cups of white sugar for about 2 cups of brown sugar though. And I used a bit more cocoa powder. And added walnuts!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Brownies

214 grams 67% Buttery Spread
300 grams Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
4 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
98 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Salt, Table
2.7 oz (14 halves) Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Homemade Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  2. Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.

  3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into the egg mixture until blended. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.
