Recipe Ingredients for Homemade brown bread

1.5 cup Bread Flour
1 cup Rogers Bread Flour "Whole Wheat Bread Flour"
5 grams Yeast
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Homemade brown bread

Mix flours and yeast with tepid water. Knead for 10-15mins until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place, covered with a clean tea towel until doubled in size (about 1 hour). Knead again for 2 minutes. Shape and let it proof again in a warm place until double in size. Make slashes on the surface of the bread with a sharp knife and put in the oven for 35mins at 180 degrees.
