325 grams Whole Wheat Flour
20 grams Active Dry Yeast
200 grams Organic Oat Flakes
1 serving Oat milk
200 grams Water
89 grams Organic Organic Golden Flax Seeds
30 grams Chia Seed
3 grams Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade bread

Put in a non-heated oven for 45 mins at 110 degrees Celsius, then for about hour at 180 degrees Celsius. Take out and wrap the bread in a kitchen cloth to come down to room temperature. If stored properly (best in light plastic bag), it keeps for 5-7 days.
