Makes 24 servings



My home made bread. To every 2 cups white flour add 1 cup whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade bread

6 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Butter
2 oz Sugars, Brown
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 oz Yeast
1 cup Soy Milk, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Homemade bread

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Make the milk hot then add the butter to the hot milk. Add the water to the milk butter mixture. Make a well in the middle of dry mixture and pour in wet mixture. Knead well. leave to rise to double size. Punch down and separate for baking then leave to rise again. Bake on moderate heat.
