the bread we eat at home. This makes two loaves. probably best to determine serving size by weight.

Recipe Ingredients for homemade bread

13 1/2 oz whole wheat flour
13 1/2 oz white bread flour
16 oz water
1/2 tsp yeast
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for homemade bread

  1. stir together dry ingredients.

  2. add water, stir.

  3. let rise covered in warm place for 10-24 hours

  4. bake in dutch oven at 425 for 50 minutes
