No Knead bread that I can't live without

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Bread

3 cups Flour
1 1/2 tbls salt
1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 c beer
2 tbls beer
1 tbls vinegar
3/4 c water
2 tbls water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Bread

mix ingredients wait 18 hours knead 10 times let rise for 2 hours on greased parchement in a bowl. Put heavy dutchoven in oven and heat oven to 500, a half hour before rising is done. Place dough in dutchoven. be careful. turn down heat to 450 cook for half hour with lid on and half our with lid off. This bread will rock you
