First try of homemade bread and it seems to be pretty good but still needs work, serving is one slice

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade bread 1.

500 g bread flour
300 ml water
51 g yeast
2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade bread 1.

  1. Let fresh yeast go with water and salt added

  2. add the risen yeast to the flour and mix

  3. let rise for about 30 minutes to an hour

  4. form to a loaf and let rise for 30 minutes

  5. then bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes
