Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Bran Muffins

7 1/2 oz Bran Cereal
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 cups whole milk
2 tbsp vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Homemade Bran Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  2. mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. combine, leave in fridge overnight

  4. scoop into muffin pans & bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes
