2 c Gluten Free Rice Flour Blend-All Purpose
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c milk
1/3 c applesauce
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Homemade Blueberry Muffins

  1. mix dry ingrediennts; mix in the wet ingredients; gently stir in bluberries

  2. place in greased muffin tins

  3. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

  4. serves 15
