Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Berry Granola

2 cups Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups Unsalted Deluxe Mixed Nuts
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Berry Granola

  1. Combine and mix together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  2. Combine liquid ingredients in a small saucepan and warm over low heat until thin (about 2 minutes). Do NOT boil.

  3. Pour warm liquid over dry ingredients, stirring with rubber spatula or wooden spoon until well coated.

  4. Spread into pan lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15.

  6. Allow to completely cool - granola will crisp within an hour.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
