Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Beef and Vegetable Soup

1/2 pound beef
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 cups diced potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bay leaves

Recipe Directions for Homemade Beef and Vegetable Soup

  1. Fry 1/2 of the onions with the cubed beef in olive oil.

  2. Boil the vegetables in the beef broth.

  3. Add the fried meat to the beef broth after draining. Add the bay leaf and season to taste.
