Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Banana Walnut Oatmeal

2 cups water
2 cups 1% milk
2 cups rolled oats
4 mashed bananas
2 T flaxseed meal
3 T chopped walnuts
3 T honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Homemade Banana Walnut Oatmeal

Put water, milk, oats and bananas in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let boil for 5 min. Take pan off heat and add flaxseed meal, walnuts, honey vanilla and cinnamon.
