2 large Egg, Whole
288 grams Pure Cane Sugar
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.33 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Homemade Banana Muffins

  1. add 1 tbsp vinegar to measuring cup add milk til reaches 1cup line

  2. Smush 2 ripe bananas

  3. add eggs sugar oil 1/3 milk mixture and vanilla BLEND

  4. add flour, baking soda and salt stir til JUST MIXED do not over mix
