Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Banana Muffins

1/2 c milk, soured
2 c flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 c bananas
1/2 c oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Banana Muffins

  1. sift together flour, salt, soda and sugar

  2. in another bowl, combine beaten egg, bananas, oil and sour milk

  3. add liquids to dry mixture and blend until just moist

  4. heat oven to 400'F and cook for 15-20 mins

  5. cool 5 mins in pan then transfer to rack to cool completely
