Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Banana Bread

4 tbsp Salted Sweet Cream Butter
24 serving Pure Cane Sugar
2 large Egg, Whole
2.5 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.75 tsp Salt
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
8 tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Homemade Banana Bread

Cream Butter and add sugar. Beat in eggs. Mash bananas and add them in. In separate bowl, pre-sift flour and combine with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to wet mixture along with sour milk (dash of vinegar to milk). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
