Recipe Ingredients for Homemade baked fries

4 small potatoes
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Homemade baked fries

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Peel and slice potatoes to desired size.

  3. Coat bottom of casserole dish with 2 tbsp EVOO.

  4. Spread potatoes on bottom of dish, single layer.

  5. Drizzle 2 tbsp EVOO over potatoes.

  6. Sprinkle with salt and parsley.

  7. Bake about 30 minutes (depending on size of potatoes) to desired crispness, until inside of fry is soft.
