Recipe Ingredients for Homemade applesauce

10 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Homemade applesauce

Wash, quarter apples. Do not peel or core. Place in large pot with water & cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until apples completely soft. Mash with a potato masher, then press through a colander or sieve to remove cores and peel. Serve warm or cold, store in refridgerator.
