Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Aloo Methi

1 pound Fenugreek Leaves
1 small Potato, diced
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Red Chili Peppers
1 Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Aloo Methi

  1. Fry garlic in hot oil.

  2. Add chilies, potato and fenugreek leaves.

  3. Stir and season with salt.

  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

  5. Serve when potatoes are done.
