Oven Roasted almonds make a wonderful deep flavor!

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Almond Butter

1 cup raw almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Almond Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 300

  2. Spread 1 cup almonds in thin layer on baking sheet/pan

  3. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so

  4. Add to food processor and chop until very fine

  5. Add salt and slowly drizzle oil until desired consistency is reached (may use more or less oil)

  6. Store in air-tight container and refrigerate. Makes about 3/4 cup

  7. May use any type of nut to substitute! or combine nuts/flavors!! so yummy :)
