8 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 tbsp Canola Oil
24 oz 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
2 oz Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Homemade 100% Whole Wheat Waffles

Add dry ingredients separately from wet ingredients. Separate whites from eggs and whisk until frothy. Combine wet, dry, and whites. Cook for 4 minutes on waffle iron.
