Recipe Ingredients for Homemad Wheat Bran Muffins

1 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup milk, lowfat
1/2 cup molasses
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Homemad Wheat Bran Muffins

  1. Stir dry ingredients, then add raisins, set aside.

  2. Combine wet ingredients, add to dty and stir until just moistened. Bake at 400 for 15 mins.
