Simple skillet fried potatoes with onion

Recipe Ingredients for Homefries - Sauteed Potatoes

3 medium russetts, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Recipe Directions for Homefries - Sauteed Potatoes

Slice onions into half rings. Slice potatoes (I use a mandoline slicer). Melt butter in a Med/Hi heat skillet. When butter has melted, add onions and potatoes to skillet. Add seasoning. Allow for onions to carmelize and potatoes to get crispy, tossing often. After all potatoes are evenly browned - turn heat to Med/Lo and cover. Add a touch of water to pan to allow steam to finish cooking, until ready to serve.
