Homeade noodles - cook in favorite broth (chicken or beef)

Recipe Ingredients for Homeade Noodles

2 serving (Naturally Preferred) Cage Free Grain Fed Brown Eggs
2 fl oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Homeade Noodles

  1. Beat eggs

  2. Add 4 Tbls milk

  3. Add 1 tsp salt

  4. Add enough flour to make stiff dough (approx 2 C)

  5. Roll very thin on floured surface

  6. Let stand 15 minutes

  7. Roll loosely, slice 1/2 inch wide

  8. Spread out to dry for 2 hours

  9. Cook about 10 minutes in favorite broth
