Home style potato and onions with mushrooms lower sodium turkey sausage two berry bowl and grape juice

Recipe Ingredients for Home-style potato Breakfast

4 1/2 lb potato
1 1/2 cup onion
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup mushroom
1/2 cup strawberry, blueberry
8 oz grape juice
3 lbs Lean ground turkey
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry sage
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Home-style potato Breakfast

  1. Homestyle potato and onions

  2. heat olive oil in pan

  3. season potato, sliced, with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. place seasoned sliced potato in skillet.

  5. add mushroom sliced, sliced bell pepper, and onions to pan. Cover and cook on med heat. Stir periodically to ensure non sticking.

  6. remove from heat when potatoes are soft.

  7. Turkey Sausage

  8. Combine ground turkey

  9. and seasonings in bowl.

  10. mix with hand.

  11. scoop palm sized portion of meat into hand and make ball. smash ball and place in heated skillet.

  12. cook until done

  13. Fruit

  14. slice strawberries and combine with blueberries
