Recipe Ingredients for Home style Macaroni and Cheese

13 ounces whole wheat macaroni
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 cups light soy milk
8 ounce light cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Home style Macaroni and Cheese

  1. cook pasta

  2. melt butter and add flour. when bubbly, add milk salt, pepper, mustard, and cream cheese to light boil.

  3. put pasta, cheese mixture, and shredded cheese into a large baking pan and mix.

  4. put bread crumbs and parsley on top and bake at 400 for 15 mins
