Recipe Ingredients for Home-Style Chicken Dinner

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
20 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
12 oz Gravy, Chicken, Canned
16 oz Frozen Broccoli
0.5 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Home-Style Chicken Dinner

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 15-20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

  2. In same skillet, mix gravy, frozen vegetables and the tomatoes. Cover; cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are cisp-tender.

  3. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; simmer about 2 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated.
