Home made quick stir fry that's easy to make. Boil rice, cool and store in Fridge for 30 minutes prior to doing stir fry. Grab the ingredients slice, dice and get ready and fry up. Takes about 60 minutes all in between rice boiling to serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Home Special Stir Fry

200 g Basmati Rice
6 tbs sesame seed oil
1 onion
600 g chicken
4 eggs
60 g frozen peas
25 g shredded carrot
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
4 fresh hot peppers
3 tbs soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Home Special Stir Fry

  1. Add 3 tbs of sesame seed oil to wok

  2. Cook up the chicken, adding 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp fresh ginger and some of the soy sauce and the peppers diced. Leave in seeds for extra kick.

  3. Remove Chicken when cooked and clean wok.

  4. Add more oil.

  5. add eggs and fry until scrambled.

  6. add remainder of garlic

  7. add, chilled rice from fridge

  8. Add more soy sauce

  9. Add Onion, Carrot.

  10. Stir and finally add back in the chicken.

  11. Continue to stir and serve with final soy sauce
