1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Home Pizza Dough (Whole Wheat)

  1. Add hot water to yeast and mix.

  2. Add oil and other ingredients.

  3. Cover and let rise for at least 2hrs.

  4. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 min.
